The Mainland consists of a 85 feet ± long wharf constructed of concrete on concrete filled steel piles measuring 85’ X 15. It includes a 42’ aluminum ramp down to 75’ of aluminum floating docks. To accommodate larger boats, wharf could be extended another 30 feet. There is also an industrial 12,000 lb Boat Lift powered by electricity and generator when needed. Lots of parking and winter dock storage.

The Island wharf consists of a 105 feet ± long wharf.
