The Island wharf consists of a 105 feet ± long wharf.

The Mainland consists of a 85 feet ± long wharf constructed of concrete on concrete filled steel piles measuring 85’ X 15. It includes a 42’ aluminum ramp down to 75’ of aluminum floating docks. To accommodate larger boats, wharf could be extended another 30 feet. There is also an industrial 12,000 lb Boat Lift powered by electricity and generator when needed. Lots of parking and winter dock storage.

A short walk away from the main house is The Rose Hut, the island’s getaway. Made from eastern White Cedar it features a lower sun deck where the ocean views stretch as far as the eye can see, the perfect spot to sit back, relax and watch the tides. Enjoy the evening under the stars with a nice glass of wine while embracing the warm the hot tub - there is so much to enjoy with a beautiful, sanctuary like this!
